The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a living-dining room and two bedrooms, each with a modern private bathroom. Both the living room and the two bedrooms open onto a terrace with artificial grass, offering views of the mountains, the beach (to the side), and the city. All rooms are very sunny and warm, as the apartment faces south. One of the bathrooms and the kitchen open onto a light-filled courtyard, which is also bright due to its height.
One of the bedrooms has two 90 cm x 200 cm beds, and the other bedroom has a 150 cm x 200 cm double bed.
The living room, kitchen, and dining area offer a spacious and open layout, ideal for enjoying relaxing evenings during your vacation.
The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and a full set of kitchenware. There is a capsule coffee machine, and cookies and pastries are available for our guests.

The Old Town neighborhood is a very lively, central area. It’s home to supermarkets and all kinds of shops. But if it’s known for one thing, it’s for its great atmosphere and its magnificent “pintxos.”The apartment is also just a few meters from the city’s tourist office, which can be very helpful for planning your vacation in San Sebastián. In short: its prime location allows guests to visit the city’s most iconic sights without needing transportation.

San Sebastián’s central train and bus station is 1.1 km from the apartment, which is about a 13-minute walk. If you’re coming by car, the closest parking lot, 200 meters away, is “Parking Boulevard.” Additionally, 250 meters away, there’s a variety of bus routes that take you anywhere in the city, with frequent service.

Parking is not available in the building, and it is difficult to find parking in the immediate vicinity, so we recommend using private parking lots. The closest private parking lot is less than 5 minutes away and is called “Parking Boulevard.”
