Rental agency was very helpful, spoke English well, and has 24-hour help line for any questions. Key pickup was at their office not at the flat, but they provide complimentary taxi from their office to the flat. Parking is available. My only suggestion is that the flat is not supplied with much - no spices, condiments, no excess paper products, soap, etc. There is grocery shopping nearby.
