The decor and appointment of the flat were incredibly good taste. The terrace and view were worth the many photos I took as the sky changed from day-to-day. FeelFree personnel were incredibly friendly, efficient, and accessible. Their help during the stay was critical to making the time in San Seb so pleasurable. We don't think Feel Free were as good as they need to be. The sun loungers were missing from the terrace, these are clearly shown in the pictures and why we chose the flat. We had to ask about these and they were provided on two, one was broken when it arrived. We also had to ring twice to have the faulty shower fixed.
