Car parking arranged nearby was convenient and a little expensive but I presume standard for San Sebastián. Only downsides were restricted ventilation in bedrooms (limited fresh air as external spaces roofed over), some noise (not excessive) from neighbours and elevator restricted to 2 or 3 people depending on luggage. The apartment is located in the Gros neighborhood across the river from the old town Pinxtos zone. PERFECT LOCATION. An easy 10 minute walk gets you to the heart of San Sebastian where there are hundreds of bars and restaurants, but keeps you in the quiet neighborhood across the river to sleep. The kitchen is a strange set up and not too practical if you are wanting to cook or really use it. The washing machine works very well and there is plenty of space to dry clothes. The bedroom space is very well utilized and comfortable. There are "quiet hours" between 10pm and 10am so if you are a noisy group, this may not be the best fit as the walls are quite thin. We could hear neighbors on both sides (one was singing which we enjoyed). San Sebastian is an interesting city with a unique culture and wonderful cuisine. ##### Jennifer P.
