San Potito Ultra Vacation Packages

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

Unbelievable place in the hills . Hotel was beautiful , staff were excellent and friendly . The owner was lovely and had nice little personal touches throughout our full stay . 10/10

Reasonable location, about 20 minutes walk uphill from Amalfi ferry, but don't do it with luggage as the road is narrow in parts and busy with traffic! Great view from our room and the air conditioning was a life-saver. We didn't know, but they can help you with transfers from the ferry and to/from the aiport. Would have been good to know that before we paid 30EUR for a 4-minute tuk-tuk ride up the hill when we arrived, and we had also booked the bus to the airport before we got there. You can't have your own food and drink here, which we thought was a miss as it meant we had to eat out every night. One night in particular we just wanted to grab a pizza and sit on the terrace to enjoy with the view but we weren't able to do that. Overall, okay place to stay but I think I'd try somewhere else next time.

Great place up on the hills in a quiet area. Hotel provide a shuttle to the main Sorrento area back and forth. Great friendly staff, excellent breakfast and a nice bar and pool area. Rooms are very comfortable and the view is spectacular. I will definitely recommend this place.
