I We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, including providing some really good recommendations for local places to visit and eat. There was one personal issue during our stay, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally, and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I really appreciated how responsive they were. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. The excellent staff and customer service really made a difference!

Balcony views over the beach are nice and the through breeze on a hot day is a nice change from AC (the AC worked well). Central location is easy walking distance for much of the north town. Towels for the beach a nice touch.

The hotel was perfect for my stay. I enjoyed the room; it was a nice size, with a comfy bed, well supplied kitchen, sitting area and stunning views from the large balcony. The location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay again!

Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Any short comings and concerns we conveyed to staff were dealt with swiftly. I can honestly say they did everything they could to look after us. Kitchen was super helpful as restaurants were getting expensive. The rooms were well layed out and clean. They had an information book in the room with pharmacy and emergency services as well as local attractions. Right on the water so you have a great view. Only thing is that the beach/swim area is very small and has lots of boats going through it so I never felt comfortable to go in the ocean there. This is of course outside of the hotels control but still made it so I had to go elsewhere for swimming. It's also super close to were the Carribean sprinter docks on San Pedro so take that one when traveling there. I had a great time here and would strongly recommend the Mayan Princess.

Hotel was very clean and the rooms are spacious with a full kitchenette to cook and store food. The balcony overlooked the beach and offered a stunning view of the sunrise. The staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. They assisted us with booking excursion, taxis and golf cart rentals. We were quite pleased with the overall experience with staying here.
