Girls stayed upstairs and wife and I were downstairs. However, until they improve the road from San Pedro to La Perla Azul we will not be returning. What should be a 15 minute ride takes 30 minutes because the road is in TERRIBLE shape!!! The pool is very small, good for children. There's no boat dock, but a small wooden platform allows you to kayak from. You need to rent a golf cart as you are 4.75 miles from San Pedro The gardens are spectacular and kept well. There's a very nice screened-in porch, which is essential since the mosquitoes and sand flies are horrible. The property managers are very responsive and will help with adventure planning.
