The ad includes a shared swimming pool that gives the impression that it is shared by 1-2 neighbors but it belongs to the entire area including an entire condo complex. Lourdes the property manager was great about communicating, and answered all our questions promptly. The property is gated with a watchman 24/7 which made us feel quite secure. The location was conveniently within walking distance of some restaurants, and a small grocery, and we were able to walk to the downtown area easily. The accommodations were up to date, and comfortable. It is located in an area that is very quiet, making for a relaxing visit. We did, however, have a couple of issues. The master bedroom had an odor that even the air conditioning did not diminish. No one was willing to sleep in that room because of it. Thank goodness one room had twin beds. And, there was never any hot water. This made for quick showers. Overall, it is a decent place with issues that should be easily remedied. ##### Arlena F. It was well furnished and in a good location. It is close to the town but quiet. Only one of the patio chairs was comfortable however, so lounging on the patio was difficult.
