Beachfront, Luxury Oasis with Private Resort Pool

Summary:

At our spacious, luxurious, and serene home, enjoy the beach or swimming pool daily. We are located 40 minutes from the San Juan Airport. Walk out onto a serene and nature-minded landscaped property with some of the island’s favorite plant life and fruit trees. Our home sleeps 16 people. En suite bathrooms are in 4 of the 6 bedrooms. The Rainforest inspired decor is found throughout our home. Comfort is key with quality beds and linens. Whether paddle boarding, relaxing on the calm ocean beach, or enjoying the resort style private pool, the Oasis has so much to offer! The Oasis allows you to see the island’s beauty everywhere you look! We are located close by to so many fantastic attractions!



The Space:

Our two story home has amenities that many short-term rentals do not provide. Whether using the upstairs living area for relaxing, preparing family meals, or watching movies, there is room and something for everyone to do.

The outdoor lounging and dining area is situated next to the pool. You will feel like you are in your own private resort. Whether throwing a football, swimming, or grilling out, the sounds of nature surround you with the salty ocean breeze bringing out the best in all your vacation fun!

Sleeping arrangements are very accommodating to couples or families with children. On the main floor, the sleeping quarters are separate from the living area, allowing for privacy and quiet time. All bedrooms on the 1st floor have their own personal bathrooms. Bedrooms are spacious and each has its own unique feel. 3 of these bedrooms have king sized beds and 1 bedroom has 2 queens. The first floor has a spacious living area with large windows looking out onto the landscaped pool area. It has a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator. A queen sized sleeper sofa is also found in this space for 1-2 guests.

The elegant second floor has 2 bedrooms with king sized bedrooms that share a hallway bathroom. There is a full kitchen, dining area, and living room on this floor as well. Wake up and walk out onto a grand balcony with extraordinary ocean views. There is another second floor outdoor terrace with comfortable furnishings for large families and friends to enjoy dining, after dinner drinks, or simply creating memories.

If a playpen (with linens) or high chair is needed, we provide these items upon request.



Guest Access:

All the following are accessible to our guests: Pool, beach, BBQ grill, shed with 2 paddle boards, beach chairs, pool floats, boogie boards, children’s puddle jumpers, kid’s swim vests, and sand toys.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is on Playa Las Picuas. This is a quiet neighborhood that values privacy and tranquility. Just a short drive away a large resort, The Wyndham Rio Del Mar, has 5 restaurants, a swim up bar, and 2 championship golf courses. Purchase drinks or food and the Margaritaville outdoor area is available to daytime guests. A fantastic Casino is also open to those interested.

Many restaurants are within a 10-15 minute drive from our property.

The El Yunque Rainforest is also located 20 minutes from The Nice Beach Oasis!



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car for your stay. Alamo Car Rental has a quick check-out option that we have preferred.



Other Things to Note:

Please be ADVISED; There is a fence and gate around the property, however, not around the pool or jacuzzi.
