The hotel is a short walk from the beach but it is not a tourist area so there are no loud parties in the evening. During the day there is traffic noise but not at night. Both Aldi and Lidl are nearby, a short walk. The room was small but clean. The bathroom was not modern but it was clean and there was a lot of hot water for the shower. Air Con unit leaking, cracked tiles on floor, bed leg collapsed, no cover plate on light switch to bathroom, light switch to bedroom sparked when turned on. The safe had been shut by someone, probably previos occupants of room and despite reporting this to reception, nothing was done to rectify it! We spent our entire hollday having to go out with all our money and passports, not acceptable. The Hotel was advertised as having a pool, hairdryer and a fridge in the room, bar and restaurant,but none of these facilities were in place. We were( after complaining) moved to another room(206) which was better. I have already been in touch with my Solicitor who is a good friend of mine and I will decide where we go from here depending on your response. I am looking to receive compensation in the form of a full refund. The lift was broken. The room was very small and very tired, the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. We went half bard and there was a choice of 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts. The food was basically thrown onto the plate and not very nice. At breakfast there was no juice or water. There was hardly any bread to make toast and nothing to put on the toast except jam and butter. Las toallas de las que disponen (2 de lavabo y una para los pies) son de un tamaño bastante escaso para secarse en cuerpo de un adulto, si dejas una para la cabeza, quedándote sin ninguna para el lavabo y la otra para el cuerpo. El dispensador de jabón de manos no funcionaba. Opposite Petrol Station. Plenty of on road parking. Check in was straight forward. Room and bathroom were clean and tidy. No frills. Spanish Breakfast included, tomato tostada, coffee and fresh orange juice.
