We stayed in a family room 84, the shower head/heater spread/squirt all over the bathroom, It is so old. bed cover are very old and worn out. Mattress felt like the spring were coming out. The room does have air condition that does not work very well but is does reduce the heat some. On the positive site the property - green area is very nice and you can do some hiking. The Spa I believe was closed as I try to schedule a massage and was told they ere going to let me know if that was possible. Staff is friendly and do what they can to make your stay pleasant

Very outdated. Lacking the amenities and conveniences as well as modernization one would expect for what is advertised as a destination style resort in the year 2025\. Booked this location based on a brochure I picked up and was a little disappointed that the room condition was less that expected
