In the center there is a doctor, shops, restaurants, bars, pizzeria, cocktail bar, wine tasting, tapas bar etc. The house is ideal for large and small families: a living room with TV, satellite TV (German reception), safe, three bedrooms (including 2 with TV), a new kitchen with dishwasher, a shower room and a guest toilet. Covered outdoor terrace, solar system for hot water. Outdoor shower. The beach is about 3 km away, kilometers long and very wide, with a tapas bar and beach hut. Behind there are green dunes and pine forests. Car parking space available on the property. The prices in the summer months May-October include water, bed linen and towels. There are only the costs of WLAN use (10 € / per week) and electricity (5KWh / day free - each additional KWh for 30 ct), which are paid directly to our German administrator (Ms. Nowitzki) on site. Ms. Nowitzki also takes over the briefing, pool and final cleaning and billing of the electricity costs according to consumption on the basis of the meter (which you can see daily) on site. The winter prices from November-April amount to € 16 per day or € 480 per month, plus all additional costs such as water and electricity according to consumption - with a rental period of at least 28 days. Bed linen and towels are included. As with the summer months, a billing is carried out by our German administrator on site (WLAN use 20 € per month). In winter, the house is heated with a fixed electric heater and air conditioning in the living room, air conditioning in the bedrooms and underfloor heating in the bathroom. From the moment we walked in we knew that we would be happy. The property was very modern, extremely clean and was very well looked after. The kitchen had so many pots and pans and if there was anything you might not have considered taking for the kitchen, you would have found what you needed in the drawers. The pool was really lovely when the weather was good, again very clean and very well maintained.Nice, quiet and idyllic location.Stefanie met us at the property when we arrived and was very welcoming, again she met us to pick up the keys when we checked out and she is very warm and friendly - thank you Stefanie for all your help. Piscine de petite taille parfaite pour de jeunes enfants (les miens étaient absolument ravis) ou des apprentis nageurs. Endroit calme globalement et voisins discrets. Bon emplacement, avec de nombreuses possibilités de balades dans les villes voisines. Mais : - Nous avons été interrompus dans nos activités piscine par une intervention des jardiniers. Intervention qui était nécessaire, certes, mais qui aurait put être effectué à un autre moment. - La maison semblait pimpante lors de nos premières minutes. Hélas cette impression s’est vite dissipée lorsque nous avons vu l’état de certains équipements, notamment les poêles à frire dans la cuisine ou certains meubles, particulièrement les meubles extérieurs. Nous avons également constaté la présence d’un cafard sous le lit de la chambre des enfants,(Heureusement que ces derniers ne l’ont pas vu. - Nous avons été déçu par le fait que la piscine soit visible depuis plusieurs points extérieurs. Direkt nach der Buchung sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin. Konnten am Anreisetag sogar schon früher ins Haus da es vor uns leer stand. Wird nicht immer klappen gerade in der Hauptsaison aber bei uns hat es geklappt und wir waren sehr dankbar. Alles super sauber und modern. Die Fotos stimmen komplett überein. Auch die Verwalterin vor Ort war super freundlich und es hat alles unkompliziert und schnell geklappt. Das einzige womit wir ein Problem hatten war das die hinterlegte Adresse unser Navi an eine andere Stelle der Straße führte. Aber dies führt zu keinem negativen Punkt denn die Verwalterin vor Ort hat uns helfen können und wenn man einmal das Haus gefunden hat dann klappt es auch immer wieder.
