San Elizario Vacation Packages

The room was clean! The property is in a pretty new area. The breakfast was okay but think it will be better. This place is pretty good.

Everything was good for the stay the only problem was that the mattresses where uncomfortable besides that a fantastic stay!

The suite was very clean and nice. The staff is very friendly and our free breakfast was good, except when I ordered, my eggs were supposed to be over easy and the chef scrambled them instead. The waiter had him remake the eggs correctly. The other problem we had was the TV downstairs wasn’t working and they got somebody to our suite to look into it. He got it so we could watch it, but the guide, so we could see what was available, never did work during our stay. Then, on the day we checked out, the outlet by the bathroom mirror didn’t work. I tried to push the reset button but it looked like a piece was missing from the outlet to do that.

The hotel was decent overall and the staff was friendly. However, the room layout felt very cramped, with very little space between the desk and the bed, making it difficult to move around comfortably. I was also disappointed with the cleanliness. Shortly after taking off my shoes, I stepped on a piece of glass that had been left on the floor, which was concerning and made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Despite these issues, the stay was okay overall, but there is definitely room for improvement.
