Welcome to seaside studio with a shared terrace. Perfect for two, this peaceful retreat in Avlakia offers sunny mornings, the beach just steps away, and the charm of an authentic Greek village. Ideal for relaxing, exploring Samos, and enjoying a simple, serene getaway. Drop your bags and soak in the moment🏝️🧳 This 25m² studio is the perfect seaside escape for two. Wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy a bright space with a comfortable double bed, a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, stovetop and essentials. Enjoy a shared terrace with a seaview🏖️🐚🌊 The bathroom features a shower, towels, shampoo and shower gel. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included. A mid-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional €35\. It includes a full refresh of the studio with fresh towels and bed linens🪣🧼 ⚠️Please note that the studio assigned to you is similar to the one shown in the photos. You’ll be greeted in person at check-in and check-out for a smooth and welcoming experience. A local manager is available on-site throughout your stay.
