Beautiful beach front property. Wonderful room with spectacular views. Owners were always present and helpful with all our questions. Beach was quiet and wonderful.

Incredible. Just incredible. From the moment we booked this place, Georgina helped us with everything and they are so kind and caring. They spoiled us. The place has an amazing private beach. The locals told me that it is best beach in Samos (which I can confirm.) There are a couple of very good restaurants around. Compared to other places in Samos, it is very peaceful and quiet. I cannot recommend it enough.

Alles in allem schönes sauberes Appartement. Man sollte schon das "de Luxe" nehmen, sonst hat man einen kleineren Balkon ohne Liegen. Allerdings kann man sich unten am Wasser welche zubuchen (Steinstrand).Wir waren 2 Wochen dort. Es ging immer ein leichter Wind, der die Temperaturen angenehm machte.Frühaufsteher genießen sicher die aufgehende Sonne.Für Langschläfer wird es schon ab 08.00 sehr warm.Es stehen 2 weisse Bettlaken zum Abhängen des kleinen Verdaches zur Verfügung. Zu Erwähnen wäre noch die direkt vorbei führende Strasse.Wir haben sie als sehr präsent empfunden. Auch draußen auf dem Balkon und auch am Strand sowie im Wasser.Es ist in einer Bucht und die Straße ist lebhaft bis in den späten Abend und führt hier direkt an der Küste entlang. Kokkari ist nett mit diversen kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants,überschaubar und kein zu großer Trubel. Allerdings soll sich hier auch das Heizkraftwerk befinden, das die Insel mit Energie versorgt.Erkennbar an den Schornsteinen.Bei auflandigem Wind, den wir die ganze Zeit hatten, kam in Wellen ein Mief rüber, vergleichbar mit den Abgasen von Flugzeugen. Die Apartments sind wohl recht neu.Wer feste Matratzen mag, schläft hier gut.In der Dusche fehlt ne Tür, aber hier man kann mit nem kleinen Abzieher den Fussboden wieder trocknen.Die Lage ist hier leider nicht optimal,dafür nach unserem Empfinden etwas hochpreisig.Die Vermieterin versucht durch guten Service das wieder auszugleichen.Vielen Dank dafür.
