8,6/10 Excellent! (225 avis)
we arrived late at the hotel and the service was terrible not even help us with the luggage I had to valet my own car and when we went to the room the bed sheet was dirty and he change room to a view on the garage and garbage Cains
so it was 2 am when we went to bed and at 7 am the garbage truck was there making a huge noise.
I guess this hotel like noise when we arrive at the breakfast the music level was crazy high
then we ask the hotel for a late checkout and they no understanding regarding the situation from the night before and we had to paid for it.It was only 150 reals but this is the point no customer care too bad the hotel could be a little gem if the manager care insteed of having coffee.
and also what is the story with the plastic bracelet ??? are we in a child camp?
