O primeiro quarto que ficamos era no térreo o que tornou bastante incomodo o barulho durante a madrugada de entrada e saída de hospedes, conversas, portas batendo e outros que foram interrompendo nosso sono durante a noite, além disso as toalhas oferecidas estavam manchadas e roupa de cama com cheiro de usada e até furada. Também encontramos pequenas baratinhas que saiam e entravam no buraquinho da mesa, inclusive entraram no nosso lanche que ficou em cima da mesa. No segundo dia todas as tomadas pararam de funcionar o que acarretou a troca de quarto para o segundo andar. Nesse segundo quarto a roupa de cama estava limpa e as toalhas também mas o box do chuveiro não fechava totalmente e toda a água que saia do chuveiro molhava o chão, principalmente onde ficava a lixeira. A equipe de funcionários era simpática e o café da manhã era simples mas bem gostoso, ainda a respeito do café a única coisa que senti falta é o leite zero lactose que o hotel não tinha, e isso é uma dor muito grande para quem é intolerante a lactose como eu.

O grande diferencial é, sem dúvida, a equipe: profissionais extremamente educados, solícitos e que fazem de tudo para ajudar. A localização é bem em frente ao mar e em um lugar muito tranquilo. Além disso, o café da manhã é ótimo e a estrutura do quarto boa, com Wi-Fi e TV funcionando bem.

Não consegui fazer o check-in antes do horário. Até aí tudo bem... Fui brincar com a recepcionista pedindo pra ela arrumar um quarto legal para mim e a resposta dela: "tenho nada a ver com isso." Quando cheguei, um rapaz da recepção estava falando alto que iria "dar uma cagada". Primeiro, me colocaram em um quarto no primeiro andar que tinha acabado de ser limpado e estava com marcas de pano de chão. Achei super desconfortante. Outro ponto: informaram que o prato e talheres que você pede tem uma taxa adicional. Oi? Queria economizar, passei em um mercado para comprar comida na expectativa que pudesse pegar um talher no hotel. Resultado: tive que comprar um no shopping. Péssima experiência de hotel... Região, embora bem localizada, muito esquisita.
