Welcome to our beautiful 17th-floor apartment, with panoramic view of the city and the sea! This space is perfect for those seeking comfort, convenience, and beauty. With a master suite featuring a queen-size bed and a bedroom with a double bed, our accommodation is ideal for a family or group of friends.

Furthermore, our fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare your own meals. The spacious living room and integrated gourmet balcony are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the impressive view. To top it off, the condominium features a pool, a gym, and a party room, providing even more leisure options for our guests.  
  
The neighborhood we are located in is welcoming and offers various commerce options, such as supermarkets and beauty salons. We are within walking distance of the famous Porto da Barra Beach, as well as Barra Lighthouse and Fort Santa Maria, two of the city's most important tourist attractions. And if you enjoy shopping, Barra Shopping Mall is just a 10-minute walk away.  
  
The space is very well-equipped with Smart LED TVs in the living room and the suite, Split air conditioning in the bedrooms, 300Mbps Wi-Fi Internet, Refrigerator, Blender, Microwave, Electric drip coffee maker, Sandwich grill, Water filter, Hairdryer, Iron with an ironing board and a washing and spinning machine.  
  
If you need to work remotely, we have a workstation with fast Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) available.  
  
The apartment features professional hotel-grade linens and bedding.  
  
The condominium's pool and gym are freely accessible during the stay, they're also for common use. The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.  
  
The party and gourmet lounge area require prior reservation and payment of an extra fee for use.  
  
During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.  
  
Communication with guests is conducted as promptly as possible to ensure they feel welcomed, through the platform and also via phone.  
  
Our check-in process is self-check-in, without my physical presence.  
  
The Barra neighborhood is one of the postcards of the city of Salvador. Traditional and modern at the same time, it's a neighborhood famous for Salvador's Carnival.  
  
Barra has been revitalized, and the traffic on the main avenue has been modified to create a perfect promenade for strolling and exercising.  
  
The neighborhood is full of cafes, bars, restaurants, acarajé vendors, as well as banks, shops, bakeries, markets, and ample facilities with everything the guest needs.  
  
One of the best and oldest malls in Salvador, the Shopping Barra, is within a short walking distance.  
  
With the infrastructure available, guests can do everything on foot.  
  
Easy access by taxi or Uber.
