Great location downtown

Anything you need is within walking distance of this hotel. Although it is definitely showing its age, there was ongoing maintenance to the facility. Parking available in the basement.

The place was dirty , dusty waiting area, tv was not working, the pool they advertised was empty, half of the buildings was abandoned and dirty, it smells old , we had no choice but stay , the reservation was non refundable, curtains broken , terrible ! A complete disappointment to what they advertised fake pictures, and the price way to high to what the offer a spooky hunted building, to bad is located on the heart of the city, that was the reason I booked it trusting on the location and on the advertise , wish I can get my money back😔

Llegue a la propiedad a las 11 de la noche confiando en que la reserva ya estaba pagada. Me dijeron que probablemente ya no la tenian porque les habian dado instrucciones de vender todas las habitaciones que hubieran llegado por plataforma. Hice el comentario de que ya estaba pagada y al estar pagada en teoria tienes la seguridad de que puedes confiar en que ahi esta y me dijeron que no importaba, que las instrucciones de arriba eran instrucciones de arriba. Finalmente si me dieron habitacion, de entrada uno de los elevadores estaba descompuesto y tenia cintas de precaucion como si fuera una pelicula de terror. Llegamos al piso del cuarto y una habitacion al lado tenia la musica a todo volumen. Entramos al cuarto y olia a humedad y habia cucarachas. No hubo manera de que nos quedaramos ahi. Esperaria minimo un reembolso pero tampoco hay nadie con quien poner la queja en Expedia por la mala experiencia. Creo que esto es tanto de Expedia como del Hotel San Jorge, deberia de haber una penalizacion por revender cosas que ya cobraron y no ofrecer reembolso a los huespedes que dejaron sin habitacion habiendola pagado ya. El hotel esta horrible y muy sucio pero ese es otro tema.

Excelente estacionamiento, muy seguro en el sótano. Muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. Personal amable, buen restaurante, alberca hermosa con agua tibia.
