Nestled between Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle, you'll enjoy the simple life in Indian Beach. Relax on pristine and quiet beaches, kayak on the sound, and have some fun at the top-rated mini golf-course right down the road. The best thing is that you're a quick 4-minute drive to Emerald Isle or a 10-minute ride to Atlantic Beach. There is so much to do from this comfy condo, yet it's so easy to slip away. THE VIEW: It's what sold us on the condo! You'll be greeted by a breath-taking, panoramic view from the penthouse condo. It feels like you're right on the beach. Lounge on the large, 27-foot balcony and listen to the waves roll-in. Dunes span between E-building condo balconies and the sand, with no walkways or pool area obstructing your view. Dolphins are frequently seen playing in the water. \*Bonus, you can see the sound from the front door and deck, so cool! THE PROXIMITY!!: E-building has incredible views and super easy access to the beach and pool (see map). With only 2 beach and pool access ramps, E-building is as close to the access points as you can get. This makes rounding-up the kids or coming in for a quick snack easy! The unit is close to the elevator and covered + uncovered parking spaces. Oh, and did we mention there is a private storage closet so you can drop your beach trolley on the bottom floor... no need to lug all those sandy items upstairs! THE SPACE: Plenty of room for 6-7 guests, no matter the age. Fully renovated and incudes new furniture 2026\. The third bedroom is more spacious than similar units, so everyone will be comfortable. My husband & I spent our 25th wedding anniversary here and it was wonderful! The condo itself was spotlessly clean, had an excellent view, and had comfortable beds. The resort had excellent beach access and clean, comfortable pool areas. We would definitely go back! Our only complaint is for the Beach Club - the grill area seems to be in a wind tunnel and doesn't have any place to set down food or utensils. It makes using that area difficult, unpleasant, and apparently unsafe. One evening, we found that one of the grills had been removed because it must have caught fire and burned part of the railing around that area. Use caution in that area. The property managers are very responsive - check in was really easy which is sometimes hard to find on this small island with antiquated rental agencies and processes.This is one of the few condos on the island with elevators (and luggage carts) and a heated ocean side pool which is why we stay here.The condo could use some updating in the kitchen, floors and bathrooms but the listing pictures are accurate. A king bed in the primary suite would also be nice. ##### Libby R. It has amazing views of the ocean and it’s about a 50 yd.walk to the beach! The condo property is wonderful, w/ easy access to the gym, pool and hot tub! Covered parking, easy access to the elevator, clean condo, all the cookware we needed, all the furniture was comfortable, tv was easy to use, and the view was amazing. This beautiful top-floor condo is EXACTLY as advertised. The unobstructed view of the ocean is stunning whether sitting outside on the deck,sitting inside in comfy chairs or dining by the big windows. The owners were pro-active with check-in and property information as well as quick responders to any questions we asked. Our favorite features: Keyless (code) entry, ample, easy parking, an elevator, spotlessly clean rooms, a well-stocked kitchen, ice-maker, washer/dryer, beach chairs provided, nice towels, linens and extra pillows and blankets. Easy beach or pool access right outside our building makes this an optimal location. We couldn't have been more comfortable and hope to return to this little piece of paradise again soon. Owners are very accommodating and responsive. The private access to an amazing beach, pool, and hot tub are just steps away from the condo. The master bedroom was great and the living room and porch were wonderful. Having the elevator was helpful for my aging parents as well. You can also see the pool from there. The condo easily fit two grandparents, two parents, and two children ages 5 and 8\. The main room was large enough for a table for 6 and sofas and chairs enough for all. The art work was especially nice and the kitchen was well stocked. The elevator and outside storage unit made going to the beach easy. The place was well-maintained and gets high marks from all of us. ##### Marsha C. Our family got to experience the beauty of beaches and swimming in the warm ocean that I got to experience growing up before moving to the PNW.
