Each Grande Villas Residence has been carefully designed and crafted to highlight stunning ocean views. Featuring 2 and 4 Bedroom oceanfront units, 1,378 - 2,583 square feet respectively. The result is the ultimate beach retreat — tranquil, spacious, indulgent, and stylish.  
  
Grande Villas M-3 is a 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Oceanfront Villa with plenty of space for you to enjoy your home away from home. An open floor plan makes it easy to relax with family and friends while on vacation. Equipped with High-Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience.  
  
The Living Room has direct access to a large deck with furniture. This villa includes a Fully Equipped Kitchen with a coffee maker, ice maker, and dishwasher.  
  
Bedding Includes: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 2 Twin Beds  
  
Additional Amenities: 1 Flat Panel TVs, Coffee Maker, Ceiling Fan(s), Hair Dryer(s), Deck Furniture, and Garage.  
  
Community Features: Elevator, Beach Access Walkway, Outdoor Shower, Park Grill access, Game Room, Outdoor Pool and Kiddie Splash Pool (open seasonally), Oceanfront Fitness Center, Beach Chairs and Umbrellas on first-come first serve basis typically April - Sept. YOU MUST return the chairs and umbrellas to pick up location before leaving the beach - these items cannot be left on the beach overnight.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.  
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
