This was a spectacular hotel and experience. From the moment we arrived to the second we left, each staff member provided exceptional service. We would return here for sure.
In addition, their Michelin restaurant, Fortina,, provided a delectable dining experience. This hotel understands the meaning of service. A must if you're staying in Krakow.

Hotel felt really nice right away. Perfect location. Rooms are beautifully and tastefully designed: high ceilings, large windows, original artwork. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay there again for sure.
