I’m in love with this hotel it’s so beautiful and comfortable and clean.

The continental breakfast was one of the best ones we have had in a long time and super clean and fresh. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only downfall of this location is it really is on the outskirts of the Vista and the outdoor pool that they advertise is very small with no amenities. My kids were disappointed but we didn’t visit Columbia to swim in a pool so not a huge deal. All in all, was a pleasant stay with a short walking distance to the downtown life. The best part was the breakfast by far.

The room has an odor but other than that a good stay

Clean room appears to have been renovated recently. Hot breakfast was good.

The staff was friendly and responsive. They went above and beyond with fresh towels, extra pillow, even making the bed daily, which we weren’t expecting. The only weak point was the breakfast, which didn’t provide enough options for our taste, such as oatmeal or raisin bran. No fat-free milk or yogurt. The baked items could have been a bit fresher. But we can’t knock them too much for that when they did everything else right! The bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked great. Even the layout of the room lent itself to a more comfortable stay than some of the other upscale hotels we’ve stayed at.
