The pool being down because of slightly cloudy water was disappointing for a hotel that cost $230 per night. This was really upsetting to my kids. The nice pool was the only reason I booked this specific hotel. The manger Only offering 2000 points on my IHG account was really not enough to make up for not providing a service that was paid for.

We stayed here as a quick overnight stop driving from Colorado back home to Arkansas. The hotel is up to date and quite lovely. Very clean. My husband loved the breakfast with biscuits and gravy, omelettes, sausage links, and other substantial menu items. There are also pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, etc. Even small cartons of almond milk. The hotel was very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Parking lot was large and well lit. Location is less than 5 minutes from the highway. I would be very pleased to stay here again.

It was clean. The beds were good. Pool was ok. Hot tub was not great. The worst thing about this stay was other guests having children with no social or social awareness. Running, stomping in rooms and hallways late into the night and early morning.
