My family and I had a wonderful stay. The backyard was fantastic with plenty of seating for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The kids especially loved the swing set, roasting marshmallows, and playing horseshoes. The movie theater was a great bonus and provided fun entertainment for the whole family. The property was clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it!

Barbara was so thoughtful in all the details around the the property. We stayed for a family event and went to the Smokey Hill River Festival. Such a relaxing environment and perfect place to cool down. I was impressed that the temperature upstairs for sleeping was nice and cool which can be hard to maintain in a two story house. Mattresses where so comfortable and there were extra fans, pillows and even an extra cot if needed. The Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a large family meal and the best part was the kid friendly backyard that offered a swing set and fireplace. Very good communication and easy to access.

The Home is so comfortable and as the name says - Cozy. This is our second stay here and we feel right at home. We enjoyed the theatre room in the basement with our kids watching a Christmas movie. Adorable place with many amenities, from theater downstairs, outdoor fireplace, pet friendly, but what struck us the most was all the Christmas decorations with tree lit up to welcome us! Thanks for a warm and welcoming place to relax and enjoy!

Very comfortable

We were in town for a family celebration. The home was spacious, bedrooms were comfortable, and excellent communication with host. There’s lots of room to gather at the outdoor fire pit and indoors around the dining room table and living room sectionals. Sadly, we didn’t have time to enjoy the downstairs movie theater. Close to downtown and airport. We enjoyed our stay there.
