"Its tricky to be to harsh on this hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. This is a 5 star hotel, which is a little generous. THE BAD The rooms are very dated AC was switched off to all rooms. Maybe cost saving, however the hotel was busy, and no real reason for it being off when asked.. ..."

"Very clean accommodation, great staff who go above and beyond. Pool area is clean and tidy, although the indoor and outdoor pools are not heated. "The property was great, a lovely villa. This was our 2nd visit, the only things that weren't as good this time - in particular was the shuttle bus around the resort. In the summer it is an excellent service, at Easter they only had 1 car so the wait for the service, instead of being 5 mins was more ..."
