The bathroom is very small with no counter space. The shower is small, but had great water pressure. The bathroom sink was not draining well, but we made it work. There are a few homeless people who live on the street. One morning we walked past someone sleeping in front of a storefront and this same person was often seen wandering the streets and yelling profanity at an imaginary person. We were a family of four stopping through to enjoy Oregon wine country. The flats are in a great place to enjoy McMinnville’s historic downtown district and provide short drives to many wineries in the area. The staff is great and can arrange transport for wine visits if needed. The space is great and homes come fully equipped. I had made last minute plans and wasn’t expecting to find somewhere as nice as this. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The staff was very attentive and were only a text away if we had questions. As for McMinville, what a great little town to explore. It is much bigger than the pictures suggest as it has a full dining room and large kitchen as well as the gorgeous living room and bedroom. The kitchen is well-outfitted for those wanting to cook. The living room is the star of the show and truly old-world chic. The high windows look out onto leafy trees and the main street; the room is bright and airy—I wished I lived there. The king bed in the bedroom is very comfy. It is true that the bathroom is tiny; this did not bother us because we’ve lived in Europe and are used to small bathrooms. And there is some noise from the bar below; it closes by 9 or 10 though. One night there were some loud cars and trucks going by; otherwise quiet. We were there on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday.
