The benefit of it is location as opposed to the experience of the accommodation. There were doors that don’t close properly, dirty plates in the cupboard, and rubbish left from previous renters. I really wish I had read the reviews of this property before booking. They describe how run down the condo is. I agree with previous reviews that the whole place needs painting and completely updated. Including the furniture and the rusty fittings in the bathroom replaced. The tables are worn and scratched and the windows dirty. The bathroom door sounds even worse than mentioned in May. The board on one side has separated at the bottom. We liked the property. It is very spacious and well maintained. All the required things are available and the most important the wifi. In our previous stay there was no facility of wifi which we felt lacking but now it is also fulfilled. We recommend our friends and family to visit their and stay in this property. Only the thing we would like to suggest is the toilet door which makes noise while opening. It is mostly disturbing at night time. Everywhere needs a good clean. Soft furnishings need replacing in lounge, along with the very noisy & uncomfortable bunk bed mattresses. The whole property needs painting to refresh the stained walls. Bathroom needs to have all the rusty fittings removed also.
