PLEASE NOTE - ALL INCLUSIVE FROM EXPEDIA DOES NOT INCLUDE ALCOHOL!!!! Arrived at hotel given wrist bands - then Ahh your with Expedia, we were then frogmarched to reception to have our bands cut off and demotted to SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE - which does not include Booze ?? Checked back on Expedia app and booking confirmation - Nothing to Explain and actually said all drinks included -.So huge argument with Expedia via a CHAT ROOM and Management at Hotel!!

Very Nice stay. Room are nice and very quiet ! All is organized for your stay to be the best ! I recommand !

While I generally refrain from leaving negative reviews, as a seasoned traveler, I must note that the service provided fell below the standards expected of a four or five-star establishment. The check-in process with Ousemma was quite difficult, as the level of assistance provided felt begrudging rather than professional. I would like to gently suggest that guests are essential to the success and continued operation of the hotel. Although the room was satisfactory at first glance, I discovered ants on the mattress when I attempted to sleep. After three phone calls, the staff replaced the sheets, but we were unfortunately awakened later that night to find ants on the bedding once again. Given that the room was on the seventh floor, this suggests a lack of proper cleanliness regarding the mattress or linens. On a positive note, the staff at the pool and restaurants were helpful and very attentive. Overall, however, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the disappointing experience at reception.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were wonderful and kind, and the beach was beautiful. We loved our holiday so much that we decided to buy new return tickets and extended our original 11-night stay by another 4 nights. That says it all!
