Arrived at the hotel to be told I could check in without a passport, that a drivers licence wasn’t valid ID anymore- the manager even told me patronisingly to “check on ChatGPT!” Whilst the managers discussed our fate they told us to go get a drink ..."

"A nice location and the staff were very polite and helpful. However, I had issues with the electric, with things failing all the time. The cooker hob never worked. On two occasions I had to get replacements keys after being locked out as the keys cards failed."
