低層ホテルながらエレベーターも2機あり、全く待たない。エレベーター前にレンジや箸まで置いてあり気が利いている。 飲食店やコンビニ、ショッピングセンターまで遠い様なイメージだったが大した距離ではなく、プラントでその日の地魚のツマミを買い付け、海鮮料理屋に寄って、酔い覚ましに歩いて帰ってくればちょうど良い。 道路が近いので車の走行音はどうしてもある。
