I cannot give this hotel more praise!!! We checked in and n Friday. They weee courteous and friendly. The coms before leaving were also excellent. We went to our room which had all the amenities you need and a terrific shower!
We went down stairs to the bar and booked our table for dinner. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I haven't eaten that well in a long time and I've eaten in some swanky places but food here is terrific! A good choice and wide selection of wine. Our second night was equally as good. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and if you especially are looking to go to the Rouen area, this is the place to stay.

Great balcony corner views from our Room #10. The Christmas market had started the day we arrived and it snowed that night (in late November). Complete with the imposing sight of the Notre Dame Cathedral, it was a near perfect stay in Rouen.

A disaster room experience
Room was on third floor, no elevator. Shower was tiny. Shower head very low. No soap holder. Leak around the sink. The only chair in the room was broken. Decoration was non existent. An old, badly kept room. I would not recommend this hotel.
