Hotel is very Nice, the beach is Amazing, pool and pool restaurant & bar are great and good food Room is very nice but unfortunately service wasn't as expected, we paid 630 euros per night so they can tell us you got only one bottle of water per day, the room you can't open the balcony doors because of the amount of mosquitoes and insects, coffee machine wasn't working and no capsules, poor buffet, too expensive for a 4stars hotel

There was one receptionist that was incredibly helpful and kind. The rest of the staff is extremely slow at serving. We rented the presidential suite...very nice suite but there was nothing to drink in the fridge and no snacks whatsoever. We won't come back

Hi there! This place was so wonderful. It was very charming and the staff were friendly - Dinesh and De Silva were helpful, thoughtful and made our stay extra special. Thank you to everyone at Le Duc!
