It was delicious! The rooms were clean. However, we did notice there was black mold in our shower. The hotel seems to be a little older and one of the rooms was completely gutted and getting a makeover, so construction was going on. Overall, the staff was very nice. "This is our go-to for travel in and out of Tours since it’s immediately adjacent to the TGV station. It’s always clean and the staff always pleasant. Everyone we have encountered also speaks pretty good English. This is not a fancy-pants hotel with luxe appointments, but always reliable. They have a parking lot and excellent little pates de fruits bonbons at the reception desk."

"Fantastic location right next to Gare de Tours. 15min walk to historic Vieux Tours. We had a lovely view of the train station which itself is beautiful to look at.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
We were offered a free glass of wine during their happy hour (6-8pm).
While our room was compact it had almost everything we needed. The only improvement would be a mini-fridge in the room.
We didn't get the breakfast but it looked decent. Not sure if it is worth €18 compared to other...

"I don't usually write reviews but Morgan was so helpful I had to write one. We arrived with 2 young children who had just had a long ferry and car journey and needed to move! She was so accomodating, patient and helpful with us all while she was giving us local recommendations and answered all our questions. She also provided us some milk for the children in the evening when we couldn't get any from the shop. Thank you! The breakfast was also very good."
