We stayed at this Hotel for 1 night, and thankfully for no more. The condition of the room was very poor. Bathroom - very small. The shower doors don’t keep water in (massive gaps where it meets the shower, so it leaks in use), the shower grouting is black and mouldy. The shower fixings are loose and moves around when pressure applied. There is previous hairs and mould all around the place, sharp flooring on the shower floor that hurts when you are washing.
The taps excessive limescale.
The room smelt worse for ware, musky at best.
There were zero amenities.
There was no lift, so we had to carry 2 very heavy suitcase up four flights of stairs.
The service was the only positive feedback - it wasn’t outstanding but ok, we have no issues with the staff interaction.
Overall, we have stayed at many other places for £75 which are much better than this hotel. I believe a fairer fare would be around £40 with the condition of the property in consideration.

Our first room had some broken plugs and ac but the front desk soon switched us to a new room which was a little bigger.
It's a great location hotel with good parking, a great restaurant and makes a great stop on the way south after getting off the ferry or Channel Tunnel.
The staff are excellent and the rooms very clean and slick.

Great location, near both Lille Europe and Lille Flanders train station, as well as the métro and bus lines. Very close to the Old Town, restaurants and stores. Friendly staff and they have a resident cat! Very walkable area. Breakfast was included and had cold and hot options. Quiet at night. Great walk in shower. Again a separate toilet, but very close to the sink. The room was a bit small for me as I like to leave my suitcase out and couldn’t really but it really depends on the room you get. I liked having the desk. I had room 411, turn left for it!
