Very nice hotel and staff was excellent. We booked a Jr Suite with river view, which was plenty large for France, however the road below is extremely busy and very loud. There is also very limited privacy in the bathroom. Shower is wide open and the toilet area has smoked glass providing limited privacy.

Hotel itself is beautiful. Pool and amenities as advertised. Staff are well trained, professional, and very friendly. The room fit and fondue do not reflect the price - layouts are quite strange, ie. no sink on the same floor as the toilet and shower. And Bring your own mattress because the beds are exceptionally uncomfortable. Location would be the main reason to stay

Wonderful hotel Louigi was exceptionally helpful and everyone was friendly . We had a fantastic time, the location is amazing. The service was outstanding I have to say that people at Lyon the most friendly people in France. The city is beautiful and clean, we felt very safe and would love to visit again. So much to do and to see with a walking distance. The room was cosy and bed was a king size with a wonderful bedding. We could open the window at our room and even on Saturday, Sunday night noise coming from outside it wasn’t a major problem. The room is sound proof and no noise coming from the floor or neighbors. The bathrobe and sleepers were provided, both a good quality. The hotel deserves 5 stars
