"Janhila at check in was fabulous and accommodating!!! Great service!! The room was fantastic, spacious, clean, large balcony, and full kitchen. The staff work very hard and this resort is immaculate. 2 great beaches and decent snorkeling.. loved the pool and Cornelia at towel hut was the best!! A big perk was the ice machine in the room freezer..great for mixed drinks on the balcony. We got a 1L bottle of rum for 10$ down road. The market across the street was so convenient, had anything you would need and made sub sandwiches fresh on a baguette for 6$, which was a great grab and go!! Rent a car, island is small, explore!! So many beautiful beaches and great restaurants! Will definitely be back and stay here!!! We have been home a week and I’m still mourning the end of our 10 day vacay haha! Also lastly highly recommend the boomerang boat tour to Anguilla, was a highlight!!! Only con— (but who cares) was wifi was very shotty and water pressure in shower was poor but we were on highest level 5. Best ocean front view though!!!🙂"

"Coco beach bar food and staff were BANGINNNNN - best restauraunt on site. La patrona for breakfast also banging - dinner was highly meh. Replay nachos are BANGIN; pizza meh. Overall great bang for your buck, very clean, very chill and calm during the week and enough options."

"My wife and I checked in on May14 2026 on May 15 2026 a man that work for the hotel tried to enter our room they changed our room the next room was dirty the refrigerator was linking the hotel just bad my opinion Expedia y’all need to take this Hotel off your site Sapphire the hotel looks nothing like the pictures we forgot to take pictures my wife and I work for hospitals and we know how cleanliness should be"

"This property is okay if you are not planning to explore the island. Staff is very helpful, especially Sharon. However, the property is over priced for what you get. Every evening it's the same menu. The alcoholic beverages are watered down with limited variety. We stayed for 3 nights this time and our backs are hurting, because of the mattresses. I have stay at this place several times since they opened over the years but I'm very disappointed with the new management. It's just not worth it anymore."
