Sleeps up to 8 guests. Your pets are welcome to come for $50.00/pet/stay. There is no Cable TV in the Barn, but we have a DVD player and a few movies. No Wi-Fi 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths - 1500 sq ft - newly built inside our barn. Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Central Air and Heat, washer and dryer, laminate floors. Charcoal grill with patio table and chairs. Bring charcoal and food! Once you get to the property, please drive to the last Brown Barn. It was comfortable and accommodating. The given directions were fine, just cross the bridge and go to the 1st drive on the left.. There were a couple things that need to be passed on. The 3rd bed that is a futon in the middle bedroom, a little uncomfortable for 2 adults. After trying to figure out how 4 adults could take showers with 2 towels(no way to contact host), we discovered extra towels in the main bedroom bath. There were no DVD's so you might want bring some with you. There is no cell service, the need for a land line for emergencies and contact with the host must be installed! ##### Keith I.
