A highchair is on the premises for the littlest connoisseurs. THE MAIN LEVEL HAS 2 BEDROOMS and 2 BATHROOMS: the front bedroom on the main level beckons with a cozy queen bed and offers direct access to the hall bath, ensuring convenience and privacy for guests. This house was perfect for a peaceful retreat, as it was away from the hustle and bustle of golf cart traffic, yet conveniently close to key amenities. The nearby Ocean Point restaurant was just a short walk away and became a favorite spot for breakfast and lunch. Moreover, one of the resort's many pools, which overlooks the ocean, was within easy walking distance. During low tide, the beach was accessible by foot, and during higher tides, is just a short golf cart ride away. The homes come with a golf cart for renters. The house itself was great. The main level featured two bedrooms, including a comfortable master suite, a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, a welcoming living room, and a large deck complete with a high-quality grill and flat top for outdoor cooking. The upper level boasted two additional bedrooms, a communal space, and a wonderful deck with a swinging love seat - ideal for relaxing and taking in the views. The house is nicely appointed, from the well-stocked kitchen with all necessary cooking and dining supplies to the comfortable bedding. The house was equipped with several new smart TVs, offering entertainment for everyone. However, the most captivating aspect of the house was its stunning views. Overlooking the golf course, the house provided picturesque scenes of the ocean and Hunting Island in the distance. The front porch also has partial ocean views.
