This pretty cottage enjoys a privileged location near the beach on a preserved site of the town of Saint-François, Pointe des Chateaux.
Calm, comfort, you will also be charmed by the breathtaking view of the sea! Either from the garden or patio, you will keep memorable of these mixtures of colors in the evening between sky and sea.

Very pleasant little house with nice garden en views

We liked the house, the location and the whole of Guadeloupe. The kitchen is outside but protected and makes it possible to live most of the time 'outside'. Great please with kind owner who is there when you need him and is further very discreet

Peaceful, secluded, and quiet

We enjoyed this property very much. It's away from town and located up on the hillside for a great view. It's about a 15 minute drive into Saint-Francois for shopping. There are several nice beaches close by within a 5 minute drive. Jean-Pierre was a kind host who made sure all was good. The villa is well built and comfortable. He takes great care in making sure we were taken care of. Every evening we sat out on the deck looking at the night sky, relaxing in the padded wooden lounge chairs. Thank you Jean-Pierre!

Sehr schön gelegenes Objekt, nur als Ausgangsobjekt für Unternehmungen liegt es etwas abseits.

Herr Mantel ist ein sehr netter, freundlicher und entspannter Vermieter. Der kleine und zauberhafte Bungalow hat, uns als 3- köpfige Familie, einen wunderschönen Urlaub beschert. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Ein kleines Willkommensgetränk ( kl. Flasche Rum + Limette und braunen Zucker für einen Ti - Punch) zur Begrüßung gibt es auch :) .

Un endroit parfait...

Cette petite maison est parfaite pour un séjour où vous apprécierez la tranquillité et la vue superbe sur la mer. Le propriétaire , qui habite a côté , est à la fois discret et très attentionné . Il fait tout pour que votre séjour soit parfait . Les plus : la cuisine extérieure , les bonnes literies , le pti punch le soir sous le cocotier en regardant le rouge couchant, les alizés . Les moins : il n’y en a pas !!!! Bonne continuation à Jean-Pierre!

Superbe location à proximité de la pointe des châteaux et de la plage de la gourde. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse et sa vue sur la mer , la cuisine bien équipée. Les 2 chambres spacieuses offrent un confort appréciable avec une climatisation efficace et silencieuse ainsi que des moustiquaires (il y a peu de moustiques). Le propriétaire est avenant, disponible et discret (sa maison est juste à côté). Endroit très calme avec un beau jardin et une superbe vue. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

Wunderbarer Bungalow in tollem Garten mit Meerblick

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal eine wundervolle Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht und sehr genossen. Der Gastgeber Jean-Pierre ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar ein Gemälde, dass wir im Haus vergessen hatten nach Deutschland nachgesendet. Vielen vielen Dank nochmal!

Perfect Place!

We stayed at the cottage for 10 days with our baby of 5 months and really enjoyed it. The place is perfect, with a lovely garden (palm trees for hanging up a hammock), very quiet and you can hear the ocean. The air con was a plus as it was really hot in Gwada this first week of our trip. Jean Pierre lives next door and was always available, although we really didn’t have any issues anyway. He even provided food for breakfast and a bottle of rum for the traditional Ti Punch. Which was perfect as we arrived pretty late. What we learned staying in Guadeloupe is that you definitely need a car to get around. Even the closest beach is better to reach by car and the next town, St. Francois, as well. There - amongst other shops - you’ll find a massive Carrefour which nearly offers everything we are used to in Europe. We would always stay at this place again, and were very sad having to leave. Thanks a lot for the great stay!

(famille avec deux jeunes ado) La pointe des châteaux à quelques encablures, des plages à quelques minutes de voiture, le lieu est attirant ! La location en elle même est très agréable : ouverte sur l'extérieur et au calme. La mer est dans le champ de vision depuis la terrasse. En regardant le ciel de nuit, les étoiles semblent plus proches ! La cuisine accolée à la terrasse est bien équipée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Tout pour faire un ti punch attendait notre arrivée. :) Bref, un séjour des plus agréables ! Ps : il fait absolument tester les sorbets coco à la Pointe des Châteaux

La maison est semblable au descriptif , facile à trouver avec le plan du propriétaire ,qui nous a accueillis avec beaucoup d'attention et de gentillesse. L'endroit est magnifique et calme .
