My husband and I wanted to visit Arles and explore Provence at the same time. We chose this hotel because it was out in the countryside. It is a very safe, secure and charming setting with fields or sunflowers and rice! where the noise of the birds, crickets and frogs are audible day and night. The gardens are extensive and beautiful, very natural and relaxing…. Lovely nighttime strolls and daytime walks made it a feast for the senses, ancient and new seats everywhere to sit and absorb the ambience. The pool is well maintained and spacious with lots of seats and parasols if needed. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful with options for eggs if wanted. We were told to bring in our own food and drink if we wanted and utensils etc are provided onsite. Our room was spacious and very clean with a lovely new bathroom and shower en-suite. Overall, it made me understand why Van Gogh painted so many of his paintings of Arles and the countryside around it. We will definitely be back. A charming authentic p k ace to stay. Would highly recommend.

Même si j'avais spécifiquement demandé à l'accueil que la chambre soit faite juste avant de quitter l'hôtel début PM, rien n'avait fait été fait lorsque je suis revenu en fin de soirée. J'ai appelé à l'accueil pour au moins avoir des serviettes fraîches, le préposé m'a dit qu'il ne pouvait venir nous les porter, qu'il fallait se déplacer à la réception. Le lendemain, je demande à ce que la chambre soit faite avant de quitter, elle l'est à mon retour mais on a négligé d'apporter du papier hygiénique et des mouchoirs. De plus, l'air climatisé est très limité; on ne peut mettre la température de son choix. Pour compenser, on nous a proposé un ventilateur.

Guests beware that there is an elevator but it was an add on and kind of scary. It fits one person without luggage or just luggage. The entry points, the front door and room are all done in an app . No keys. My room door entry failed one night and I had to call for help. They responded quickly. They gave me a code for the lock box next to my room door. I used it from then on. Don’t ever forget your phone in the room or you are out of luck. It happened to me and I couldn’t get into the front door. I waited until someone left the building to gain entry. And remember I had a key to my room thankfully. The room has a coffee machine but no pods left for it. Only tea bags. The breakfast is nothing like the photo. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable.
