The homeowners and concierge were responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for our party of 11, ranging in ages from 10 to 70+. Everyone had their own space, yet it was easy to spend time as a group. The home is stocked with everything you need including a fully loaded kitchen, pillows, blankets, and loads of towels for the house, pool and beach. The outdoor set-up is magnificent. Tons of outdoor seating, fabulous pool incl a full array of toys and floats, spacious hot tub and fire pit. Location couldn't be any better. Nestled in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and conveniently located so that you can quickly get to the Main Streets of Sag Harbor and all the Hamptons. Was great for lots of coworkers or a large family. The pool was beautiful and nice backyard. The house was very clean and designed beautifully. The neighborhood is gorgeous as well. Plenty of amenities. Incredibly child-friendly. Equally close to both Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor. Very responsive owner.
