Welcome to your Little Casita in Citrus Heights!! Two-bedroom house with a full bathroom. Gorgeous kitchen with all brand new appliances, comfortable dining room, and living room with cozy furniture. Both rooms are queen-size beds that you and your party can enjoy with a comfortable and relaxing rest. Don't miss out on your favorite shows (Netflix), and high-speed internet. This home is ideal for Visitors, Families, Business Travelers, and Executives. We are located one block away from Sunrise Blvd & Antelope Rd where there are many eateries, fitness centers, supermarkets, shopping centers, banks, and car rentals, ... Pets are not allowed at this property. Violating the no-pet rules will result in eviction & HOA and/or RnR-imposed fines of up to $1,500\. We understand the importance of Trained Service & ESA dogs & can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay—we have many of them. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roach, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation. 30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The house was very cozy with a very modern and clean interior. Thr neighborhood is very quiet with an average distant dog here and there.
