This home is ideal for Visitors, Families, Business Travelers, and Executives. We are located one block away from Sunrise Blvd & Antelope Rd where there are many eateries, fitness centers, supermarkets, shopping centers, banks, and car rentals, ... Pets are not allowed at this property. Violating the no-pet rules will result in eviction & HOA and/or RnR-imposed fines of up to $1,500\. We understand the importance of Trained Service & ESA dogs & can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay—we have many of them. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation. 30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. It's part of a duplex, and has been renovated, but was clearly quite worn prior to renovation, and could use some tweaks in amenities as the owner hosts more guests.
