Sacaton Vacation Packages

Staying at the Scottsdale Hyatt was great. The staff were extremely helpful for suggestion options to go out, where to eat, and staying safe on the heat.

Staff very friendly especially when I checked in Kitchen was stocked with essentials. Floor was a little dusty. A broom was provided. Hook for towel by shower was too high to hang towel. Jaccuzi bath/shower needed caulking and cleaning or replacing (could tell it was old). I did not use Jaccuzi. Bathroom floor had cracks in the tile. Laminate flooring was old Light switch for room is inconveniently located inside the room by the pass through door to next unit (not next to door). Only deadbolt to lock door from inside the room Liked the magnetic "Do not Disturb" sign for the outside of the door Not enough parking near room Parking spaces for most part were wide Pool was refreshing with towels availalble Liked that there was a restroom in pool area Could tell the Resort was older

Nice place, nice location. Great views. Pleasant staff. Rooms and facilities are a bit dated, considering the price. Disappointing that their policy is to only clean and make up our room one night out of the three we stayed. Disappointing that the pool kept closing for maintenance -- we were never able to access it.

This is by far one of my favorite properties and favorite place to visit. Breathtaking views of the pool and Camelback Mountain from my room. Impeccably clean. Front desk staff were beyond welcoming and accommodating (sparkling wine upon arrival? (YES PLEASE!). Pool staff/attendants were accommodating as well. Very friendly and attentive. You don't feel as if you are in a big city when on this property. It transfers you to another time entirely.

Resort was clean and staff were great. I am really into working out and the fitness room had everything anyone could need
