"Nice large king bed. Staff was helpful, especially the shuttle driver. Nice restaurant for dinner with great music!"

"The room was pretty average. Toilet was super low and shower was dated. Kitchen was stocked. I was really disappointed that our jacuzzi did NOT have a fireplace like all the photos showed. Staff was good but one was just overly talkative. Also disappointed that late check out was only 30 mins later. "

"All of the staff were super friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and tasty as well. Very conveniently located. I would stay there again."

"We arrived at the hotel about 6 pm. The doors were locked and we had to call the hotel to learn that we should have received a communication from someone about the codes needed to enter the premises and room. When I reserved the room, I was never given any indication that this would be a "self-serve" check in process with no human intervention. The room was comfortable, clean and lovely. But we were disappointed in the television. No network or local stations, just the low-cost streaming options. Next time we will spend the extra $20 to stay at a name brand hotel like we usually do so that we can enjoy the level of service that we are accustomed to. "

"Very Friendly place, rooms are kept in very good shape, Paul and his staff are great hosts. breakfast both days we were there was most excellent. We celebrated our anniversary there for the weekend and we were surprised with a happy anniversary cake when we returned to our room Saturday evening. We are returning customers of the property as we were married on the property in 2008 and try to celebrate our anniversary at the Mansion. it is a 10 out of 10 place to stay."

"Place definitely needs to be updated. Very small room, even smaller bathroom, with a pedestal sink, so no where to put your toiletries . It's right off the road, so traffic sounds making it hard to sleep. Definitely will pay more money next time for a nicer place. Will not go back"

"I was charged an extra $3.87 above the price on the expida app. I'm not sure why. The check in staff was not very welcoming. I have no incentive to use Savana Inn and Suites again."

"For our family of four, it was a good amount of space. I loved all personal touches and eclectic decor. The location was close to town, but you do have to cross highway 20 to get to town and the traffic is crazy. The beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the maple room. My daughter stayed in the other room and said it was cold. We propped open the door all day before the next night and that helped. I liked all the coffee and tea options but couldn't find coffee cups. The other thing, there is a lot of noise from the highway and train tracks. We did find it a bit disturbing through the night. Overall we enjoyed our stay though and we all liked the uniqueness of the property. "
