« Clean room, no bugs, staff promptly responsive to call, room smells fresh, comfortable bed, safe, you can park in front of your room. Older property with upgrades. Needs a few cosmetic touches. On main road so there's some traffic til about 9:30 PM. Have stayed there 7 times and would return. »

« This is a charming quiet retreat right in the heart of town. The proximity to Glen Helen and the downtown area is great and makes it easy to come and go throughout the day without having to get in the car.
The host was thoughtful and available and we very much enjoyed our stay. Yellow Springs is an awesome community well worth checking out. This home felt like the perfect way to experience it. »

« There are obviously many updates at this motel, and it is reasonably priced. However, the shower was horribly cold and took forever to get to a tolerable temperature. Stains on the sheets and mattress cover are highly suspicious of previous problems with Cimicidae, but mattress looked ok. Appreciate the hospitality but will probably not stay here again. »
