We went for skiing and the mountains did not disappoint. We were greeted warmly and treated as family friends for the entire visit. This seems the sort of European hotel where families get together year after year. The food is good and the rooms are modern, although a bit smaller than American hotel rooms. Ours had a balcony with a view of the ski area. The spa and swimming pool area could use an upgrade as some of the facilities were not in working order.
