"Zermattの駅から遠いですが、いい滞在でした。部屋のベットはセミシングルです。個室に泊まりましたが、共同シャワーと個室シャワーと両方体験しました。共同シャワーはビーチサンダル必須です。階段しかないです。荷物預かりは、鍵のかからないロッカーです。ヘアドライヤーはパスポートと交換で貸してくれます。コインランドリーは洗濯機と乾燥機がそれぞれ1台で、現金のみ、硬貨への両替は受付でやってくれます。スタッフは優しく親切です。基本的にサービスは受け身で提示されるというより、自分で聞いて教えてもらう感じ。朝食付きで朝の出発が早いときは、前日にサンドイッチを作ってくれるので、夜のキッチンが開いてるうちに、レセプションに相談しましょう。ホステルは若者が多いイメージですが、家族連れや年配の方も多く、それぞれ自由に冷蔵庫を使って、民度は高いです。電子レンジもあります。コーヒーマシーンでコーヒー飲めるのもよかった。総合的に満足です。"

"Loved this hotel in the picturesque village of Saas-Fee! Loved the bath robes, breakfast, and clean, airy space. I greatly appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Unfortunately, I had intended to book a hotel in Zermatt and didn't know that lots of hotels in Switzerland are called Schweizerhof--that's my fault not theirs, but just be aware. It's quite far from Zermatt but the village itself is worth exploring."
