Upon entering, we are greeted by a spacious foyer that leads to a second distribution area. To the right we find a cozy double bedroom with a double bed, very bright, and a full bathroom located just outside the bedroom.



Continuing through the residence, we arrive at the large open-concept living-dining room, an ideal space for sharing moments with family or friends. Next to this room is the spacious fully equipped kitchen, which also has a practical laundry room and a second full bathroom on the ground floor.



On the upper floor there is a spacious room with two single beds, en-suite bathroom, dressing room and direct access to a pleasant balcony. From the staircase landing we access two other double bedrooms with double beds and built-in wardrobes. Both share a full bathroom located between them. In this same area we find a charming interior terrace completely enclosed and equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. From this terrace you can also access the exterior patio directly via a staircase.



The exterior of the home is one of its great attractions. Both from the living-dining room and from the kitchen, you access a spacious private interior patio with a swimming pool, hammock area for sunbathing, barbecue, and a pleasant outdoor dining area. A perfect space to enjoy long meals, outdoor dinners, and unforgettable moments with family and friends.
