Fully equipped modern kitchen and diner and cosy lounge overlooking the garden with a wood burner. Boot-utility room with washer dryer. Large family bathroom and additional WC cloakroom. Large enclosed garden with decked terrace. Ample space to properly relax. The property is at the end of a very quiet road with very friendly neighbours. Excellent location to tour Rye Harbour Nature Reserve and visit local places of interest.
